Calgary, Alberta · HVAC only
We run the ads and ask the homeowner the boring questions — area, house or rental, what the system is doing, how soon they need someone. The ones who are real get texted and emailed to you. You quote the job. That is the whole arrangement.
No contract · No setup fee on the trial · We never touch your phone, your calendar or your customers
Most shops start with the first one because it costs them nothing and takes ten minutes.
We own the website, the ad account and the ad spend. You get screened homeowner requests for your part of the city — name, phone, email, area and the problem — by text and email.
You want the leads under your own brand, in your own ad account, with your own budget. We build the campaigns, the landing page and the text-message intake, and manage it monthly.
01
A Calgary homeowner with a furnace or AC problem clicks a Facebook or Instagram ad and lands on our page.
02
Which quadrant of the city, house or rental, owner or tenant, what the system is doing, and how soon they need someone. Tire-kickers stop here. Most people answer in under two minutes.
03
Text and email with their name, number, email, area and their own description of the problem, within seconds of them finishing. You call them. We are out of it.
What we do not do: quote jobs, book your calendar, answer your phone, make dispatch decisions, or promise a homeowner a price or a time on your behalf. You are the contractor. We are the sign on the road.
We will not pretend to know yet. The Calgary site is new and we are still finding what a lead costs us. That is exactly why the first ten are free — you get to judge them before anyone talks about money.
Yes, within your territory. One HVAC shop per area. We do not sell the same homeowner to four shops and let you fight over who calls first.
Leads: a phone call and we can start sending this week. Managed ads for your own brand: most shops are live in two to three weeks, because carrier text-message registration and Meta ad review take time we do not control.
Dave Harrison, Calgary. IronPassDigital is new — I built this for HVAC specifically and I am looking for the first few shops to prove it with. That is the honest version, and it is why the early terms are generous.
