By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
IronPass Digital provides done-for-you GoHighLevel setup, design, and configuration services for HVAC and plumbing businesses.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information (logo, brand assets, calendar access)
- Hold a valid GoHighLevel account
- Comply with anti-spam and privacy laws in your jurisdiction
Payment Terms
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the 1st of each month
- Setup fees are due before work begins
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days’ written notice. We will deliver all owned materials (templates, files, account access guides) upon cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
IronPass Digital is not responsible for third-party platform issues (GoHighLevel, Twilio, Mailgun). Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for lost revenue or indirect damages.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use all templates and configurations. IronPass Digital retains the right to reuse generic components for other clients.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
